Digital Marketing Lead
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

One of our clients, a leader in their industry is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead. The Digital Marketing Lead will be the voice of the Region and a key contributor in establishing a regional and global plan for the Digital offers. They will spend their time working with the marketing team and all lines of business focused on designing and executing programs that will lead to digital earnings, product, service and solution propositions to drive profitable growth.

The role:

Creation and execution of the annual global and regional Digital Marketing Plan, including program management, content strategy, lead generation, digital tools and social media, while ensuring that regional priorities are aligned with planning of the Global Digital Marketing priorities.
Execute an organisational development plan with a regional focus to facilitate the aggressive growth of the suite of digital products
Design and implement regionally focused marketing strategies for eCommerce, performance solutions, connectivity and other digital solutions while leveraging global processes, technology and best practices
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to generate growth in product / solution penetration, including but not limited to; Channel migration of customers; Acquisition of new business / customers, exponential growth in the performance of new solutions
Ensure that emerging technologies and innovations, in addition to the voices of both internal and external stakeholders for the emerging region, are incorporated into the new digital strategy of the workplan and new solutions
Collaborating with both the eCommerce team and Business Processes and Systems team, building content and designing the customer experience to create a highly attractive and valuable presence on the web
Hire, select and skillfully manage key regional suppliers to support the implementation of the work plan

The candidate:

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth.
Able to compile and analyse data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction
Understanding of click through rates, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth / optimisation opportunities
Highly collaborative with stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed financial targets
Experienced in forming, developing and managing tools, for digital marketing
Excellent track record in identifying new business opportunities with proven ability to translate business / customer needs into a new value proposition and launch strategy
Proven ability to execute complex projects with multiple audiences
Creating customer value propositions that are clear and effective for use in focused marketing programs
Domination in the identification and creation of competitive advantages through new products and technologies
Design and implementation of new and improved customer experiences from start to finish
Extremely collaborative, efficient when working with matrix devices
Driven by business transformation and continuous process improvement
