Elements Europe Ltd, part of the Pickstock Group of companies, is a leading manufacturer of modular accommodation throughout the UK, we are an offsite Construction Company. The company has enjoyed a period of significant growth that is expected to be maintained and improved upon going forward and this is your chance to join a busy Procurement department.

You will be responsible for purchasing all materials to the company's exact business requirements by collating and analysing order requirements and supplier information.

Main Duties will include:

• Managing external suppliers - Sending and receiving enquiries, handling existing connections, identifying new suppliers and arranging meetings to visit new and existing supply chains. Freshening the supply chain / Broadening the supply base
• Price negotiation - Agreement of terms and negotiation of supply agreements where appropriate, including volume discounts and price structures.
• Regular product availability and price checking
• Reviewing Credit Limits
• Preparation and overview of orders
• Checking and approval of payments - filing of purchase orders for accounts
• Fortnightly performance review of products with Stores Manager
• Procurement administration to include audit trailing
• Enquiry assistance as required
• Secondary reviews of estimating after contract win
