Cleaning Team Member Full & Part Time positions - Keele Services Starting hourly rate is GBP7.50 per hour Here at Welcome Break our teams pride themselves on providing our customers with a clean, safe and welcoming environment for them to enjoy a break from their journey. The role of a Customer Services team member is to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer service across the site. We are looking for someone who can confidently talk customers and who goes the extra mile to make sure all of our customers have a welcome break, therefore having previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential. Duties of the Customer Services team role are to deliver excellent customer service, GameZone duties where you'll be on hand to support and ensure our gaming areas are safe, legal and secure and that customers are able to use the entertainment machines responsibly with us, maintain standards of cleanliness in the seating area, comply with Company and unit policies and procedures, adhere to Statutory requirements, regarding Food hygiene and Health and Safety, cleanliness of tables and seating areas, including recycling bins, floors, baby station, condiment stand and walls, maintain the stocking levels for the Baby Station & Condiment stand, report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions and to empty and clean bins, remove waste to designated are, including separation of waste, i.e, recycling.
