HR (Human Resources) Skills Development Coach

A role has become available with one of the UK's fastest growing Providers of Skills Training. This Provider offers Apprenticeships up to Degree level and they are currently expanding their team and are looking for a HR (Human Resources) Skills Development Coach.
This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis where you will work from home and support apprenticeship learners remotely, via Skype, email and the telephone.
You will train, mentor and assess learners in a variety of HR areas including Human Resource Management and Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' solid experience within a HR role.
You must be knowledgeable within your sector and be confident to self-manage a full caseload. You will be a self-starter and be able to reach well informed and clear decisions. Excellent organisation, communication and administration skills.
You will be responsible for the on-programme delivery of apprenticeships skills and behaviour standards. This will include coaching and provision of high quality support, guidance and feedback for all apprentices enrolled on relevant HR, Business School apprenticeship programmes.Key Responsibilities1.Provide a structured and appropriate development journey for the apprentices enabling them to maximise their full potential 2.Deliver induction and industry relevant skills and behaviour sessions both face to face and online 3.Ensure monthly performance update on learners and progress reviews with learners and line managers4.Work collaboratively with client services, line managers and apprenticeship support5.Provide feedback to the apprentice on their progress against knowledge skills and behaviours relevant to their standards6.Facilitate and moderate discussion forums7.Communicate effectively with learners using appropriate tools and actively encourage learner engagement with their programmes using resources available8.Provide academic and safeguarding support to learners
In return you will receive:
· A starting salary £30,000 - £35,000 pa
· Minimum 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays
