ROLE AND RESPONSIBIITIES

Your duties and training will include:

• Creating annual review reports for clients
• Liaising with clients and product providers
• Working closely with our Chartered Financial Planners to ensure clients are provided with outstanding financial planning solutions
• Processing and submitting applications onto platforms / product providers
• Assisting in the research, analysis and review of clients’ pensions and investment portfolios
• Writing suitability reports
• Providing ad-hoc research and administrative support
• Initiating ideas and directly contributing to improvements in the business

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:

-At least 12 months’ financial services experience
-As a minimum, already hold, or have the desire to study for, the Diploma in Financial Planning
-Strong numeracy skills, including the ability to construct Excel spread sheets
-Experience of cash flow planning and ideally Voyant software
-Experience of Client Record Management Systems and ideally Intelliflo Intelligent Office (IO)
-More important, and above all, a 'can do' attitude to developing experience in the above

In addition you must:

-Be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical ability
-Possess good communication skills – both verbal and written
-Have a proactive and positive nature
-Be time focused and thorough, flexible and a natural forward planner
-Enjoy working amongst a team of likeminded individuals in a fast paced and varied environment
