Autogas Limited is the UK's leading supplier of automotive LPG.

We are a joint venture company owned by Calor Gas Limited and Shell UK Limited.

We are currently looking for a professional administrator to join our small and friendly engineering department.

The role includes:

Receive telephone calls.

Log and allocate work to contractors.

Compile reports.

Process invoices.

Assist the Senior Administrator – Project Management in delivering regulatory compliance, stakeholder assurance, projects and meeting financial objectives.

Assist the Senior Administrator in Facilities management activities.

Assist the Senior Administrator In occupational Health and safety activities i.e. documentation and reporting e.g. office inspections, vehicle management, display screen equipment, first aid, fire warden duties etc.

Ability to deputise for the Senior Administrator – Project Management as necessary.

Other work as necessary to support the needs of the business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Experience of working with contractors in an Engineering environment.

Awareness of health and safety requirements.

Experience of working with people.

Good team player.

Ability to prioritise.Attention to detail.

Ability to work on own initiative.

Well organised and motivated to succeed.

Effective telephone manner.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Well organised and motivated to succeed.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Willing to work flexible hours on occasion.
