The role:

As a Supply Chain Project Engineer you'll work across the business and successfully manage internal resources, budgets, and assets. With strong interpersonal and leadership skills, you'll successfully deliver on key customer, and programme objectives.

You will be a key contributor to the analysis, conceptual design, development, testing and sourcing of complex control hardware and will provide guidance for risk mitigation testing, buy-off of critical design reviews, planning and execution of qualification testing.

You will consult with both customers and suppliers during the development of supplier IP hardware to establish the problem statement, conceive potential hardware solutions to the problem and then work closely with the supplier to create a successful technical proposal.

You will provide Engineering support engineering support to ensure that part criticality is understood by the supply chain and that the capability of suppliers aligns with the company's product line and quality expectations.

The person:

  • Degree educated, preferably in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
  • Design/development engineering experience.
  • Seasoned knowledge of closed loop control systems & mechanical hardware designs,
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills - comfortable presenting information at all levels
  • The ability to travel internationally as required, in support of your role
