We are seeking a confident and energetic individual, with excellent organisational and communication skills, to provide world class business improvement training. Delivering the Level 2 apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance to our nationwide client base.

You will work out of our office in Burton on Trent reporting to the General Manager.

This role has excellent potential to expand going forward for the successful candidate.

Key roles and responsibilities:

·Delivering Improving Operational Performance Apprenticeship Training programs

·Working alongside, and supporting, our other trainers delivering programs to give maximum value to clients.

·Forming key relationships with clients and to oversee collaborative working with both levy and non levy paying employers in order to maximise apprenticeship take up.

·To support the continuing development of suitable delivery models which are both flexible to meet the needs of employers whilst ensuring the requirements of the apprenticeship standards and assessment plans are met.

·To complete assessment and programme delivery, ensuring appropriate data is captured and inputted into the organisation information system to show evidence of apprenticeship performance

·To ensure an excellent learning experience for all apprentices, assessed as minimum Grade 2 standard by Ofsted.

·Contribute to business development by raising the profile of the company and building strong external relationships.

·To ensure requirements of awarding and funding bodies are adhered to, internal procedures followed and audits result in good or better

·Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

·Assessor and IQA qualifications are essential for this role.

·A background in working for a training provider delivering apprenticeships.

·A good understanding of Lean and experience in a manufacturing environment

·Experience of delivering the Level 2 apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance

·Self-motivated and ambitious.

·Strong communications skills both written and verbally.

·Experience in team management.

·Proficient in Microsoft packages

·Resilient and dedicated

·Full driving licence
