This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to embark on a fantasic career starting salary of 14740 progressing to 16000 on a permanent basis

The role

As an Independent Call Auditor, you will be an integral part of their Compliance Department, ensuring they maintain and improve their quality standards, as well as remaining compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements. Monitoring inbound and outbound calls from their Contact Centre you will need to have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must as you will be identifying and feeding back areas of development and training needs via the audit process to their agents, highlighting any risks to the business or areas of non-compliance with our processes. You will attend calibration sessions with the Independent Call Audit Team, sharing best practices and feeding back to senior management where required, and encourage a compliant and TCF attitude across the work environment.

You will be provided with great training to help you develop an in-depth knowledge of their clients, processes and regulatory requirements and you will be supported by managers who will set you objectives and then help you reach them.


·Ideally educated to degree level or have a minimum 2 years relevant experience
