Customer Service Advisor
Hours: 40 hours per week, working shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday
£8.50 per hour

Temporary role

This is a temporary role, subject to a DBS Check

Due to our client’s busy period we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help support the manager and team. This is a fantastic role for an Administrator looking to work over the summer period with an experienced team. You will need to be able to travel to Birmingham for training.

Main Duties:

Meeting and greeting on site residents and visitors
Signing and logging parcels
Telephone/email enquiries
Assisting with viewings
Completing room inspections
Stock checks and orders
General admin
Dealing with enquiries/bookings
Assisting with the daily reported maintenance and prioritising the daily repairs
The ideal candidate will:

Experience of working within a busy customer focussed or service environment and dealing with difficult situations
Administration experience
Experience of working within a team
Able to use Microsoft Office applications and general use of IT
Be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing
To be available for duties on weekends

We are looking for a candidate who has previous proven office experience, and is looking for an immediate start.
