Motor Vehicle Accident Repair Group requires a bodyshop reception administrator for our busy vehicle repair centre. The position is full time and based at our Warwick facility. The role is very demanding and requires an individual that has the ability to multitask. The candidate should preferably have previous experience working in the motor trade, but will definitely have experience of working in a busy office. Good telephone manner and customer skills are very important, as are computer skills and the ability to learn new software. The role includes inputting new claims onto the system, contacting customers to arrange booking in dates, arranging recovery or collection of customers cars. Updating customers on the repairs of their cars, arranging delivery or collection, and creating invoices for the repair. These are some of the duties involved in this job.
