Job Title: Specification Sales Manager – Water Heating & Cooling Systems

Industry Sector: pressurisation, hot water solutions, continuous flow hot water, water systems, hot water systems, storage tank, water treatment, solar, solar thermal, gas water heaters, twin flow, heat pumps, heating radiators, pumps

Area to be covered: West Midland, South West & South Wales

Remuneration: £50,000 - £52,000 + 20% Bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed Car or Allowance + Healthcare + Pension Scheme

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Water Heating & Cooling Systems will involve:

• Selling a comprehensive range of manufactured water heating systems and related products such as: storage units, pumps, pipe fittings, pressure systems, valves, gauges, clips,
• All of your time spent selling getting products specification via M&E consultants and contractors
• 100% concentration on commercial sales for typical end users such as Universities, Hospitals, Hotels and Local Authorities
• Dealing with order values of between £5,000-£150,000 with the typical projects ranging from £10,000-£15,000
• All of you time will be spent managing and developing existing accounts
• Covering a patch which will include the West of England with particular focus on Birmingham down to Bristol

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Water Heating & Cooling Systems experience with:

• Must have a BSC degree qualification such as: civil engineering, maths, mechanical engineers
• Must have experience and sound understanding of related HVAC systems such as: water heating systems, chilled water systems, heated water systems, boilers, pumps, pipes, pressurisation systems, heating controls, valves, fan coils, radiators, chillers, heat exchangers or related products
• Ideally sold to M&E consultants and contractors
• Can understand consultants drawings and make observations and recommendations
• Proven track record in field sales
• Self starter, people person and relationship builder
• Technical, Hungry
