One of Badenoch & Clark's key Public Sector clients is looking to engage a Service Desk Analyst for an immediate start and initial 2 month contract.

They are looking for an experienced Analyst, ideally with some Public Sector experience (Local Gov, Central Gov, NHS).

You will need to have demonstrable experience of providing 1st line support on a busy service desk along with MS Office and Active Directory expertise.

Candidates will be expected to provide a first line fix, so it's not just a call logging role.

This is a busy service desk, for a large organisation, so the successful candidate must be proficient in dealing with a high volume of calls and a drive to provide an excellent service.

Please note that this role falls inside scope for IR35 and the successful candidate will be required to worked through an Umbrella Company or PAYE process.
