Ethero Staffing is looking for a SQE MANAGER (Safety, Quality, Environmental) to join a successful fast growing international company. The purpose of the job is to maintain the existing management systems used within the Company and continually monitor and improve the development of these systems. To ensure that project management plans are implemented on individual contracts.
Please note: this role will involve more Quality, rather than Health and Safety.

General responsibilities:
To manage SQE team to ensure that the management system employed by the Company is continually improved and enhanced.

Specific responsibilities/ Hard skills:
-Enhancement of existing management system procedures
-Review of non-conformance reports for suitability
-Preparation of the Management Review meetings and conducting the meetings ensuring all actions captured and recorded
-Project Specific management plan implementation
-Audit report summary presentation to the DOSS
-Production and presentation of SQE KPI`s
-Analysis and trend reporting of KPI`s
-Monitoring and reporting of customer concerns
-Internal / Suppliers and Site Audits
-Management and instruction of SQE team
-Resource allocation of the SQE team
-Resource forecasting of the SQE team
-Detailed monthly reporting of SQE function to DOSS
-Ensuring all accidents and incidents are investigated and reported to DOSS/ Senior Management

Key skills and Qualifications

-5 years` experience of Management systems
-OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 management systems understanding
-Audit Qualification

-Formal qualification in H&S, Environmental, Quality disciplines
-Good level of understanding of Microsoft office functionality and capability
-Lead Audit Qualification

Preferred Educational Qualification
-Degree or HND qualified in relevant discipline
-Lead Auditing
