Italian Speaking Account Executive
Located in Burton on Trent, our client is an established and growing business. They have fabulous offices and really are a great company to work for - they take great pride in really looking after their staff.
As a result of expansion, they are looking to recruit an Italian speaking Account Executive to join their existing team.
Fluent Italian and English skills (written and spoken) essential.
This is a varied role handling a range of customer accounts within a customer service environment. There will be a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and even faxes! You will be expected to deliver first class advice and service to a range of global customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Updating the relevant systems with the order information
- Responding to inbound calls and emails within strict time constraints
- Resolving customer enquiries
- Making outbound calls to assigned customers
- Building long-term and ongoing relationships with external customers
The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and be fluent in Italian to a native level (written and oral). You will have proven customer account management skills and be able to demonstrate a strong customer focused approach.
