An immediately available, experienced Purchase Ledger is required to join a small team environment for this fast paced, high volume Purchase Ledger role on a fixed term contract.

The role will involve the processing and maintenance of a large purchase ledger, with duties including:

  • Input of invoices, matching to purchase orders
  • Preparing weekly BACS payment run
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Producing various reports e.g. Intrastat and month-end

You should be numerate and IT literate with a working knowledge of Excel and Word, show confidence communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and work efficiently to strict deadlines.
