An excellent opportunity is available with a well established financial services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre on a 4 month fixed term contract initially for a Client Administrator to manage the process for obtaining legal entity identifiers for entity clients required for MIFID ii transaction reporting. Please note this opportunity is on a fixed term contract basis.
- Analyse client data for mailings, tracking and process replies
- Collate data for upload and manage the application process
- Set up new clients ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering is in place
- Amend client details as required
- Scanning of documents
The Client Administrator will have experience of having worked in a financial services organisation and have some knowledge of client reporting and MIFID ii. You will have excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and strong IT skills particularly Excel.
