This independent financial advice group has grown significantly since its inception in 2011, through acquiring smaller IFAâ€™s plus organic growth by developing accountancy connections and various marketing initiatives. With over 150 yearsâ€™ experience combined from their Senior team, they are in a great position to continue developing the business. As part of their recruitment strategy, they are looking for a Practice Manager to join their team.
Roles and responsibilities
Your role as Practice Manager will be focused on overseeing their team of 12 support staff based in their Birmingham Head Office; this will include ensuring each individual is conducting their duties in the most effective / productive way whilst adhering to company policies and guidelines. Therefore, your supervisory oversight will cover client servicing, paraplanning and compliance. You will work closely with the Managing Director of the business to implement actions and ensure the office continues to run smoothly and maximises opportunities.
Requirements to be considered
In order to be considered, you should have experience of practice / office management within a financial planning firm. In addition, you should have the ability to implement policies and ensure they are adhered to by your team, through a direct approach.
- Salary of circa £40,000 - £45,000 pa dependent upon experience and qualifications
