Recruitment Resourcing Executive with Recruitment Resourcing and candidate management expertise is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio! This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate in a people focused discipline such as Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing etc with 6-12 month recruitment experience in either a 360 consultant OR recruitment candidate resourcing position (agency or in-house) who is looking for a highly rewarding career with the opportunity to have a direct positive impact on people's lives, work in a diverse and highly rewarding studio environment, and of course work in a meritocratic (high earning potential) industry.

Key skills we're looking for…
- Recent University graduate (any discipline considered).
- 6+ month's recruitment experience (consultant or resourcing).

- A real enthusiasm for people and how our actions (both verbal and non-verbal) can guide them.

- Commercial experience within Digital Recruitment.
- Successful track record or managing the full 'candidate journey' life-cycle.
