1st line, first line, support
My client, based in West Bromwich is looking for a skilled support analyst to come on board for an initial 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with end users, resetting passwords, dealing with Hardware issues and monitoring Citrix. The support analyst will be expected to support around 60-80 users per day, taking between 5-20 calls.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for IT and be driven to succeed, the organisation I am working with are passionate about organic growth, so there may be an opportunity to progress within the business.
