It is a small agency that is sill in it’s infancy, we 8 successful years under their belt they have built up an amazing reputation in the Manufacturing, Aerospace and Automotive industry!
They are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team in a 360 capacity to help drive the business forwards. There is plenty of scope for career progression as shown through the year on year growth for the business. The Agency is currently head up by 2 amazing Recruitment Directors that are looking to split their desks to focus on a strategic route for the organisation. The experienced consultant that joins them will be joining the team to look after many of the warm, billing accounts that the business currently has. The consultants will be looking after these accounts and driving business where possible. The right person will able build new business and have a good knowledge on how to attract candidates, with a strong knowledge on how to take candidates through the recruitment journey and finalise placements.
The agency is currently in a position where they can grow and develop and are looking to expand each of the verticals.
