Here lies a one off opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a new opportunity to recruit across the professional services industry. This opportunity is based in a nationwide recruitment agency based in central Birmingham working with some of Birmingham’s biggest Accounting and Finance businesses. This is an opportunity to work in a large recruitment business that recruit across a number of different professional services sectors. You will be working in a team based environment, focussing on a warm desk across the Senior Finance vertical.
You will be conducting a 360 recruitment role where you will be both client and candidate facing, managing the process of recruitment from initial concept of a position through to placement. Working with the team to fill all vacancies, it is a supportive yet entrepreneurial recruitment environment where you will learn a number of different recruitment skills from a number of experienced recruitment consultants. The agency has a lively and vibrant feel to the office, homing over 70 Recruitment Consultants- they are an agency that practice the work hard, play hard ethos. Encouraging teams and consultants to go out for after work drinks and meals as often as they can and encourage celebration of all success.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you should hold the following skills;
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a 360 Recruitment role
- An understanding of professional services recruitment
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike
- Driven and ambitious attitude
- Outstanding work ethic
- Competitive nature with desire to progress career
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
