A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading organisation in Bromsgrove. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Working within a small team, your role will primarily involve assisting the company handle their existing accounts. You will be responsible for but not limited to; order processing, liaising with existing and new customers, taking bookings over the phone, emailing quotes and order confirmations, processing of monthly reports and sending to customers, cleansing their database and making outgoing calls, dealing with queries and issues, preparing weekly sales reports and general day-to-day administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an excellent telephone manner, be very adaptable and possess great organisational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is essential along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You'll show a strong initiative and be accustomed to working in target-driven environments.
