With an appetite for growth one of the fastest growing Housing and Social care groups in the market have an opportunity for a Quality Director to join the National Senior Management team to strategically guide our Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and Autistic services for the betterment of our service users care and support.

The Quality Director role

As Quality Director you will be responsible for the design, implementation, audit and CQC compliance across the UK. We're set to expand 3x fold in a busy coming months, this role is key to the organisation to ensure we can deliver excellence across the board for our service users.

Day to Day

  • Ensuring a uniformed stratedgy of quality is implemented with each new aquisition (regular on going aquisitions, we're growing at a rapid pace!)
  • Designing and implementing services nationally for mental health, Learning Difficulties and Autstic services
  • Working with the COO, CEO and National Operations Manager to ensure compliance and quality are inline with SLA's, internal best practice codes and CQC regulations
  • Working with the CQC, local authority commissioners and the Board to ensure services are supporting and ever improving our service users lives
  • Using an understanding in complex and challenging cases, directing our Registered Managers and Service Managers along with the COO and NAtional Operations Manager
  • Working with the HR Director and National Training Manager to ensure staff are trained appropriately across all of our services

Skills and Experience

  • RMN or RNLD or similar
  • Will have an indepth knowledge and background in and around Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and Autism
  • Strong background in Quality and Compliance
  • A succesful history in maintaining or turning around services
  • Experience working with Local Authorities, CCG's and CQC
  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar National or Regional position with a large geographical area

Working from home usually 2 days a week with travel to head office or services midweek
