The Organisation:

Our client is an agricultural levy board that plays a vital role in driving forwards efficiency of British farming and growing. They carry out extensive research and development work and distribute the results amongst the agricultural/horticultural industry in order to share their knowledge and improve industry standards.

The Job:

In order to continue their work, our client is looking for a Technical Knowledge Exchange Manager to join their Horticulture team. You'll be based at their site in Oxfordshire and be responsible for the effective implementation of Technical and Knowledge Exchange/Transfer strategies. You'll focus on delivering an excellent service to horticultural growers via business/operational plans that support the sector.

The Candidate:

The candidate will have a degree or equivalent in horticulture/agriculture and also have relevant industry experience. You will also have a track record of developing and delivering knowledge exchange approaches and be a results driven manager. If you have additional qualifications, such as BASIS, then this would be an advantage. You will also be a strong communicator and team player, be able to develop strong professional relationships and also be keen to learn/develop your own skills and knowledge.
