National HR Advisor x2

Bond Williams Human Resources are currently recruiting for two Field based HR Advisors. It will be working for a leading South Coast organisation providing excellent HR support to the UK wide operations.

The Role

  • Provide quality employee relations advice and guidance to management and staff on policies, procedures and legislation
  • To work in partnership with the Business Partners to understand business areas and tailor support accordingly
  • Provide HR advisory input into projects, change management programmes and working groups as required
  • Ensure the HR systems are fully utilised, up to date and maintained accurately for all case work
  • To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with all people, establishing professional credibility
  • To participate in the preparation, development and updating of new employment related policies
  • To keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and human resources best practice, knowledge sharing within the team to ensure continuous development and improvement in the service offered
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • To coach managers in the resolution of issues
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions over a wide range of HR related topics to management and employees

Your Background

  • Degree or CIPD qualified
  • Strong background in providing HR Advice to manager on HR policy and people management issues
  • Solid Employee Relations experience
  • Must be happy to travel nationally with a full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable working remotely/home based with travel to the head office once a week
