We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Business Support Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Grow Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) by supporting the Distribution Leadership Team and business objectives
  • Represent the Senior Distribution Leadership Team by positively influencing various projects relevant to the development and operational efficiency of the business
  • Effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Manage and own project deliverables which contribute to business objectives
  • Facilitate effective communications with Distribution and all key stakeholders

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience working in relevant environment/s
  • ability to analyse management information to inform tactical and strategic decisions
  • A successful track record of delivering complex projects and/or programmes, utilising appropriate techniques and tools to ensure and measure success
  • A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical way
