Our client is a hugely successful company with operations globally. With substantial growth over the last few years, as well as more growth forecast for the foreseeable future, they are looking for an Administrator to join their talent. Working across more than one team (which makes the role varied and interesting), you will be providing essential administration support. The core of the role is to extract and manipulate data for reporting. Therefore you will need to be Advanced level of Excel and be comfortable with advanced excel functions such as Pivot Tables Macros, and V-lookups.

There are development opportunities in this role so they will consider someone who, perhaps is still looking for the right role or who is still unsure what they want to do, but can evidence their Excel and administration experience. Good communication skills are also essential as well as being presentable and organised in day to day working. In addition you should be able to demonstrate the following:-

• Ability to multi task whilst meeting deadlines
• You are a good team player, with a proactive, collaborative approach
• You have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload to meet business requirements
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels and across different cultures
• You have effective communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
• You are able to work on own initiative
• You have excellent attention to detail skills
