New opportunity not to be missed! Our client has a unique opportunity available for a Team Leader to join their Post Sales Support Team in Shirley, West Midlands. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of £22,000 per annum with additional target earning commission (£28,000 OTE) and excellent benefits.

What you will do:

•Be the expert for your pod, answering queries and helping / coaching colleagues
•Support new starters and conduct monthly probationary reviews
•Support the training process for new and existing employees, with daily call observations
•Efficiently and effectively handle inbound calls from customers and Local
•Property Experts, with at least 40% of your shift spent on call
•Accurately record information on the relevant systems
•Demonstrate expert knowledge and awareness of our clients' referral solicitors, policy and procedures and ensure this knowledge is kept up to date
•Work to exceed set targets individually and as a team
•Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on previous issues or queries in a timely manner
•Demonstrate a passion for great customer service with the ability to communicate with our customers and exceed their expectations
•Demonstrate awareness of customers waiting to speak to us and proactively manage availability

How you will do it:

•Operate as a brand ambassador for our client, demonstrating a high level of honesty and integrity
•Proactively manage and take responsibility for self and others to deliver exceptional customer service
•Build and maintains good working relationships with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
•A role model of professionalism and commitment at all times
•Tenacious in getting to the root cause of problems and providing solutions
•Remains calm when faced with difficult situations


•Previous experience of working in a customer service environment is essential with the ability to confidently handle:
◦Customer queries
◦Customer complaints

•Previous experience of managing or leading people is desirable. The individual will be working with team members and will be responsible for: ◦Coaching, training and mentoring Post-Sales Support Experts
