Customer Support Advisor Wolverhampton Up to £20,000 plus excellent benefits We’re recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Wolverhampton based client due to continued business growth! The role will involve providing excellent technical support and advice to customers on a variety of products, working to SLA’s and company targets to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: •To undertake training and develop in depth product knowledge to ensure you’re able to provide the best possible advice and guidance to customers •Deliver excellent and professional service to all customers, internal and external •Process customer orders •Liaise with customers to arrange returns in accordance with company procedures •Provide pre and post sales advice to both retail and trade customers •Respond to technical queries via telephone, email, web chat and in writing •Liaise with the wider team, warehouse/sales/marketing colleagues, and keep customers up to date with the progress of their order •Identify opportunities to upsell to customers, increasing spend without compromising service •Follow up customer quotations •Communicate effectively with senior management where necessary Key Skills: •Excellent communication skills •The ability to understand technical terms and relay them to customers in a clear and concise manner •Desire to ensure customer satisfaction •Ability to work efficiently and effectively •Keen eye for detail •Knowledge of working with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
