We are looking to source Family Law Solicitor / Caseworker candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of post qualification experience, that includes Advocacy up to final hearings of children and finance matters, as well as domestic violence injunctions.

You will need to be fully conversant with private s8 child law matters including:

  • Divorce
  • Pre-nuptial/Post-nuptial agreements
  • Adoption
  • Domestic violence and S8 applications
  • Acrimonious finance disputes.

You must have a thorough practical experience of dealing with these areas due to our heavy and demanding client base.

There is a strong emphasis on child care matters with divorce and finances and so the candidate must enjoy this type of work. Regular advocacy at court is also a requirement. Good commercial acumen of business targets is required and must be able to bring in at least 12-15K a month.
