We have a new exciting opportunity at Bennetts, part of the Saga Group, for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Coventry. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £16,912 per annum, plus performance related commission. Bennetts is a market leading specialist motorcycle insurance broker. With over 240,000 customers, we’ve been around for over 85 years, but we never stand still. About the Customer Service Representative role: In this role you will provide exceptional service to new and existing Bennetts customers by resolving queries, providing quotes and being an ambassador for our brand, through engaging and memorable experiences. You will provide the service and experiences that our business and brand reputation is built on. You will share our customer’s passion for biking, as they power our business and will work tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. As our Customer Service Representative you will ensure that every one of our customers receives the highest possible level of service every time. By demonstrating ownership, passion and knowledge. In doing this you will understand and respect the three key stakeholders of the Bennetts operation. Our customers, the business and our people.
