Shift - 3 Shift Monday - Friday Morning, lates and Nights. No Friday night working

Working on various equipment up to 210 different assets are onsite. Our client is looking for a time served maintenance technician with strong electrical or mechanical skill set. You will need to be apprentice trained and hold some form of electrical qualification. You must be proficient in the use of hand tools and electrical equipment. You will be proactive in your approach to fault finding/improvement finding, be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and have an understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
The role will be challenging but technical rewarding Maintenance Engineer role.
- Maintenance, production improvements and project work.
- Weekly PPMs the role initially will be 80% reactive 20% PPM.
- Faulting finding electrically and mechanically on several types of equipment onsite
- Gain exposure to various machinery.
- Fault finding to Input and output level on Siemens PLCs.
- Work as part of 12-man maintenance Key Skills
Maintenance engineer formally qualified in mechanical or electrical disciplines. Knowledge of electrics, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics.
Dedicated maintenance professional who understands a busy manufacturing requirement. Self-motivated achiever. Equally comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
