Reward & MI Specialist – Market-leading international organisation

Location: Warwickshire

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + great benefits + bonus + outstanding career opportunities

The successful candidate will partner, influence and support the development of effective reward strategies.

The role:

  • To deliver data analysis and insights to enable business managers to make fair and consistent pay decisions for their employees
  • To support and review the agreement to implement variable pay schemes that are market competitive and drive business performance
  • To work with the Payroll Team to manage the annual pay cycle and bonus review process for the UK
  • To research, procure and implementing employee benefits that are market competitive, aligned to the reward framework and deliver value for money
  • To assist with job evaluations across the company and consistency of grading structure/salary levels for various roles
  • To deliver day to day benchmarking analysis and support the Resourcing Team by providing benchmarking data and recommendations for new hires, ensuring all offers are compliant and appropriate
  • To have input into the design of and manage the delivery of annual total reward statements
  • To undertake the coordination of inbound and outbound assignments, reviewing assignment letters and other assignment critical documents ensuring accuracy
  • To working with relocation providers and tax experts to ensure support and compliance
  • To deliver compensation benchmarking survey submission and analysis
  • To work with key stakeholders to identify and provide monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports; analysing the data to share trends and make recommendations to enable business improvement

The person:

  • Degree educated, or equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified
  • Previous experience of working with HR systems
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven experience as Reward Analyst/Advisor
  • Demonstrable in-depth reward experience and knowledge
  • A self-starter with ability to work on own initiative
  • A natural enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to analyse and present meaningful data
  • Strong Job Evaluation knowledge and experience - ideally Hay Group
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Possess tact and discretion
