YOUR NEW COMPANY
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a client that offer professional services to the construction sector, where they are seeking a Complaints Handler to join their team. This is a standalone position but there is progression opportunities to grow within the team and become a Manager. You will be based in a modern environment and reporting directly into the Operations Manager. YOUR NEW ROLE
- Handling escalated call and emails regarding complaints
- Investigate complaints from route, cause, analysis, liaise with internal and external departments
- Provide feedback to customers at all times to keep them up to date
- Log all complaints onto their bespoke system
- Raise credits to customers weekly
WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous experience handling extensive complaints is essential as you must see complaints through to resolution. Someone who can hold their own and be resilient and confident to challenge people. You need to be an excellent communicator.
