Job Title: Graduate opportunity

Hours: Full Time Hours - 35 a week

Contract:Temporary - ongoing, min 2-3 months

Salary: £9.00p/h plus excellent benefits to include free parking and lunch

Location:Outskirts of Solihull

Working on behalf of a well known, reputable, forward thinking business based on the outskirts of Solihull, we are recruiting for a claims administrator to join their existing team.

The successful candidate will have an interest in Law and can provide full support to the team, ensuring that all claims are actioned and processed and all customers receive excellent service.

Key Duties:

*Liaise with clients and the public.
*Provide administrative support.
*Process claims.
*Update details on clients.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure claims are actioned.
*Prepare reports.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

*Educated to degree level or equivalent.
*Excellent IT skills.
*Keen eye for detail.
*Professional and smart appearance, with clear communication skills.
*Proactive and 'can do' approach.
