Estates Project Support Officer
I have a fantastic temporary ongoing opportunity with a public sector client based in Solihull. The role is for an Estates Project Support Officer.
The role itself will be to provide general support to the estates team, which includes arranging meetings, agendas and meeting material and also recording and circulating action points. The successful candidate will also be required to quality check and request information from project managers, setting up files and ensure compliance with data management requirements is adhered to. You will also need to co-ordinate approvals, set up and track spending for PO's within the team.
Part of your responsibilities will be to undertake land registry searches, establish ownership/occupation for any land affected by the projects you are working on. You would also be required to assist internal and external framework contractors with issuing statutory notices required for land access. You would also need to process compensation payments, track and then coordinate their issue and any queries relating to these.
The role is temporary paying £11.66 per hour and is a very interesting opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience.
