Temporary School Business Manager required for a North Birmingham Primary School
Your new company
A Primary school in North Birmingham requires a temporary school Business Manager to cover from now until the end of the academic year. The role is to help the school cover an interim period whilst they are recruiting for the new position. The person would be required to work Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.00 pm, term time only.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the school with key responsibility for the school finance, premises and HR functions. You will be working collaboratively with the senior leadership team in ensuring the implementation of the school strategic plans as well as ensuring that all regulations and protocols are adhered to laid down by the DFE and other regulatory bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within premises, HR and Finance and have ideally worked within a school as a Business Manager or within a similar role. You will also have recent experience from which Hays Education can obtain satisfactory references.
