H R Assistant - Employee Relations
We have been retained to assist in recruiting an experienced HR Assistant.
This role will be working within the Employee Relations area.
Providing end to end case management support to the HR Consultancy team, including HR queries such as staff performance, absence management, suspensions, probation period, flexible working, grievances etc
Conduct new starter and exit interviewsRecord, update and maintain accurate systems and recordsProvide accurate casework documentation to a high standardTake minutes at disciplinary hearings
Candidates should have a good all round generalist HR background and also have experience working on HR systems. Candidates should also have a good understanding of employment law.
To handle all employee queries via email relating to employment law.
Strong Excel skills as you will be working with a number of spreadsheets. First class written communication skills as you will be compiling responses to enquiries.
CIPD level 5 essential
This is a full-time 37.5 hour a week post.
Candidates should ideally have a full current driving licence
