Care Co-ordinator for Carewatch in Rugby

Carewatch are looking to recruit an experienced Care Co-ordinator, with a driving licence and access to a car, to join our busy team covering Northampton, based from our Rugby office. You will be responsible for preparing weekly rotas and ad-hoc changes to existing rotas, and ensuring our customers receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with some emergency on-call cover required, to ensure that we can offer a great service our customers and care workers. The salary is £18,000 to £22,680. The higher end of this salary bracket includes payments for covering on call every other week.

You will be liaising closely with the Registered Manager / Quality Officer in planning and organising supervisions and shadowing alongside arranging care reviews and risk assessments for Service Users and Quality Officers. You will be required to support and liaise with the recruitment team to ensure that they aware of staffing requirements and on some occasion conduct face to face interviews. You will also liaise with Service Users and other professionals, and participating in the out-of-hours on call service, so you must be a driver with access to your own transport to be considered.
