The Supply Planning Assistant plays a crucial role within the business and offers front line store support to assist with daily queries on stock and store tasks. They also sit within the heart of the Supply team supporting them with key administrative tasks on a day to day basis

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for all store queries
  • Assist and Support store colleagues with adhoc stock requests
  • Create supplementary orders and customer orders
  • Run and prepare sales and stock reports
  • Assist the team to manage the ordering process
  • Assist and support store colleagues through promotional changeovers
  • Assist and support store colleagues through ranging changeovers
  • Support with Store communications
  • Support Customer services and other functions with Metapack queries
  • General office and administrative duties for the Supply team

Key Skills/Experience

  • Computer literate & numerate
  • Skilled in the use of excel
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Pleasant, can do, professional attitude
  • An ability to develop and manage good relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Team player
