BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
COMPANY: Specialising in packaging, our client offers solutions from design, printing and packaging and finishing through to storage and distribution.
PACKAGE: PROFIT RELATED BONUS / COMPANY CAR / PENSION / LIFE INSURANCE / LAPTOP / MOBILE ETC.
Our client is looking to strengthen their Business Development team with a high calibre Packaging sales professional who has a proven track record and passion in opening and converting new business opportunities. There will be some account management involved in this also.
Working within a team and closely with the Senior Management team, the role will require you to identify and create new business opportunities and then manage a portfolio of accounts in a wide range of industries.
You will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance.
Ambitious, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. Empathic communicator, well presented and business like.
You will have knowledge of design led bespoke products and ideally will have some experience of selling products into any of the following markets, Food, engineering, Automotive, Healthcare or Pet care.
Any knowledge of the Packaging industry especially the FMCG industry would be of particular interest, although not essential.
Ultimately, our client is looking for a proven sales professional with a desire to generate new business and the ability to manage some accounts.
