RZ Group are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Banking Organisation for a HR Assistant to join their HR Team on a full time permanent basis.
Ideal candidates will be Level 5 CIPID qualified or equivalent and have previous experience working within a HR environment.
As a HR Assistant you will report directly to the HR Manager providing full support to the HR consultancy team with all HR related queries including; staff performance, suspensions, probation periods, grievances etc. You will have an excellent understanding of employment law and the knowledge to answer basic employment questions
Key Skills and Experience
* Must have HR experience, supporting a HR function
* Basic understanding of employment law is essential
* Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Working in a regulated or financial services environment would be desirable
