What will the role of Land Manager / Senior Land Manager entail?
You will identify and acquire new land opportunities within a specific geographic area, managing the process fully from preparation and progression of offers through to negotiation and completion. Your success will come from building and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external; including land owners, agents, consultants and legal advisers.
What will I need to be considered for this Land Manager / Senior Land Manager role?
- Proven experience in either the house building (immediate land or strategic land) or the land consultancy sector
- Superb interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Results driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively using own initiative, with minimal supervision
- Smart professional appearance
- Full UK driving licence
What will I receive in return?

Salary: £40,000 to £70,000, level dependent on experience. Plus attractive performance related bonus scheme paying up to 40% of your salary.

Hours: Working compressed hours over a 9 day fortnight, with flexible start and finish times around the core hours.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Depending on where you reside you may be home, or office based. You'll also be in the field acquiring new land opportunities within your allocated geographical region. If home based, you will be required to attend meetings at the head office in Congleton (Cheshire) 3 days per fortnight.
