We're looking to speak with an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering office fit out and refurbishments.
Our customer are proud to be a smaller, but detailed and committed contractor who specialise in the design and delivery of commercial fitouts and refurbs as a principal contractor.
Projects usually are around £1-£3m and can be for clients ranging from private businesses to national brands as well as colleges and universities.
As a Contracts Manager, you can be expected to undertake the following duties:
+ Interfacing with clients, receiving orders, and developing relationships
+ Programming and planning works
+ Setting up sites
+ Allocating managers
+ Appointing subcontractors
+ Checking in on your sites
+ Ensuring sites are on time
+ Making sure quality of work is to a high standard
+ Ensuring the safety of site for visitors, workers, and the general public
+ Problem solving where required
+ Reporting in to the management team
+ Others as required
We're looking to speak with permanent candidates who have a stable career history.
Experience delivering office fit outs and refurbs is a must. Valid CSCS (Managers), SMSTS, and First Aid are required.
