Position Description:
The Legislation, Compliance Strategy & Monitoring team are recruiting a Process Leader to lead the development and roll out of new tools and processes key to the forecasting, monitoring and reporting of Greenhouse Gasses / Fuel Economy corporate compliance. These tools and processes will be used for reporting high level business metrics and to generate the information needed to develop and optimise future compliant product portfolio and technology plans.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience designing, documenting and simplifying processes used to collate, align and manipulate large amounts of complex data from multiple sources. They must be familiar with presenting information suitable for presentation to decision makers up to executive level. They will also have experience documenting processes, using process flow software such as MS Visio, and data manipulation software (Tableau)

Skills Required:
3 Key Skills Required:
1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2) Process design, performance measurement, and automation
3) Ability to summarise complex processes and data

Experience Required:
- Technical qualification to degree level in an appropriate discipline (Business , Automotive Eng etc.)
- Experience dealing with complex processes in large businesses. This should include process design, improvement, measurement, automation and implementation
- SIPOC analysis and value stream mapping
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products, Visio & Project

Experience Preferred:
- Experience dealing with IT database design and integration
- Experience writing service level agreements

Additional Information :
- Must have excellent written and verbal technical English
- The role will be based over two client sites, Coventry and Warwickshire. Must be flexible in terms of location and be willing to travel between sites when needed
