Insurance Systems Support Consultant
Our client is looking for a Systems Support Consultant to provide broking systems support in order for them to achieve optimum use of their broking system and meet with their regulatory and business requirements.
You will assist with partner businesses to implement and achieve best practice use of their system. This will include undertaking system audits, efficiency reviews and creating and delivering systems training to ensure consistency of system usage across the businesses.
Deliver bespoke systems training via face to face meetings, webinars or 121 remote training.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of working within the insurance industry and have an excellent understanding of the broking environment and processes.
Strong communication skills and have the presence to quickly create credibility amongst senior stakeholders.
Experience of good working relationships with software house and customers.
This is a home based role - preferably Midlands region so UK travel will be more accessible.
