Temp with the possibility of permanent placement for the right candidate.

Job Description

Purchase ledger – inputting invoices, paying suppliers, reconciling statements etc
Data entry – information input onto either spreadsheets or sage 500
Bank reconciliation – Inputting bank statements and reconciling to Sage 500
Cash Sheet reconciliation – checking cash sheets to Bank account inputting onto Sage 500 and balancing Cash on Hand
Ad hoc duties as required.

Ideal Skills

Good all rounder
Excel skills
Hands on
High level of accuracy
Somebody who will get on with the job but know when to query things.

Full time Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30 with an hours lunch break
