Account Manager with experience of looking after clients using ERP software (or something similar such as Dealer Management solutions, Property Management software, Merchants software, Construction software etc). The company is located between Sutton Coldfield and Solihull, and you can be office based or can work from home if you live within an hour's drive (some days required in the office). Base salary to £40k with an OTE of 60-65k + car allowance of £400 per month.

If you are a top performing, key Software Account Manager working with ERP (or similar) software clients and can develop trusting relationships with your clients, this is a fabulous account management role where you will have a lot of autonomy, the freedom to organise yourself and look after your clients the way that you want to and a great team supporting you with shared goals.

They sell ERP software solutions, on premise and in the cloud; they have around 40 staff, a 20 year track record in the industry and they have very high core values. They are looking for someone who is confident, enthusiastic and knows their stuff when it comes to building and maintaining client loyalty in the ERP software space. You can understand the clients' business requirements & needs, you have excellent presentation & negotiating skills and good commercial acumen. You are ambitious and resourceful.

You will inherit and look after some of their best accounts and will be expected to have knowledge of the software implementation life cycle, software licensing, software services, training, payment terms, benefits proposals and benefits selling. You will work with their 2 marketing people to plan communications and work with the implementation consultants to agree functional requirements and build proposals, to ensure the right products and services are delivered to your clients.

You should be able to produce commercially sound proposals and quotes, keep the CRM system constantly up to date with contacts, forecast and sales activity, and attend marketing events, trade shows and exhibitions, as well as visiting customers.

You will have looked after clients' using software such as Sage 200, Dynamics NAV, SAP Business One, Pinewood, Yardi, Protean, Dynamics AX, Infor, Greentree, Kerridge, Coins, Tramps, SAP Business ByDesign, Access Dimensions, Intact or similar.
