This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR and Payroll Systems Analyst to join our team based at the Shared Service Centre in Wolverhampton.
You will be required to provide support and assistance to end users of the HR and Payroll system (iTrent).
Be a system expert and advise on improvements to iTrent, whilst ensuring data integrity, through access control and regular validation exercises.
Be responsible for knowing and understanding the context of how and the system is being used and be sufficiently familiar with the associated business processes to be able to readily anticipate, and address, difficulties arising from issues.
Proactively liaise with users to identify improvements which can be made to how the systems can be used and facilitate necessary changes including performing user acceptance testing.
As well as being a good team player you will be able to work on your own initiative to set deadlines in a busy team.
